M Culinary Concepts hiring hundreds for catering work at WM Phoenix Open

PHOENIX – If you’re looking for seasonal work or a chance to enter the culinary field, Arizona’s largest catering company is making a big hiring push ahead of next month’s WM Phoenix Open.

M Culinary Concepts is giving on-the-spot job offers for hundreds of buffet server, runner and culinary jobs across all experience levels at seven hiring fairs in January.

The events will be held at the company’s human resources office at 20634 N. 28th Street, Suite 130, in Phoenix, just north of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway.

When are the M Culinary Concepts hiring fairs ahead of WM Phoenix Open?

Here are the dates and times for the fairs, which are scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays:

• Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2-4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 10, 9 a.m.-noon
• Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2-4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 17, 9 a.m.-noon
• Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2-4 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 24, 9 a.m.-noon
• Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2-4 p.m.

The caterer is also hiring chefs, bartenders and cocktailers, with interviews to be held separately from the hiring fairs.
