PHOENIX — Looking for a new place to stay in the West Valley? There’s a new apartment complex with 268 units on the market.

Dubbed The Stately Avondale, this community at 12375 W. Van Buren Street offers multiple floor plans, according to a Tuesday announcement from Ascent Companies and Merit Partners.

There are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units available.

What are some of the amenities at The Stately Avondale?

Units feature Wi-Fi-enabled washers and dryers, Nest smart thermostats, tile backsplashes and other features, such as:

  • Samsung stainless steel appliances
  • USB-C kitchen outlets
  • Blackout roller shades
  • Vinyl plank flooring

There are also linen closets, pantries and extended patios or balconies, depending on the floor plan.

Bradly Richardson Jr., president of Ascent Companies, said he’s proud to celebrate the grand opening.
