Phase 2 sales begin at The Arcadian townhome community in Phoenix

PHOENIX — The second phase of sales at The Arcadian, a 40-unit community in northeast Phoenix, has begun. Fourteen of the townhomes will be available for purchase.

All 11 available townhomes in the first period of sales were sold.

The units, which are located at Indian School Road and 32nd Street, are priced between $548,000 and the “low $900,000s” and range from 1,406 to 1,923 square feet, according to a Monday press release.

Beyond sheer size, floor plans come in two, three and four bedrooms, three to four baths and each townhome includes a two-car garage.

The largest floor plan, the Acacia, offers a rooftop deck.

Those who buy one of the newly available units by Memorial Day (May 25) can earn a free one-year membership to the nearby Camelback Village Health Club, which is located about 2.5 miles east at Camelback Road and 44th Street.

Taylor Robinson, The Arcadian project manager, said buyers’ response has been “strong” to the community due to “location, the thoughtful design and the lifestyle.”

“While we’re just now kicking off sales for our second phase, we’ve already closed escrow on three of the units,” Robinson said.

Valley residents can attend the community’s phase two grand opening on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for tours of model homes, free food, live music and raffle prizes.

Geneva Holdings is the community developer and The Phil Tibi Group is handling sales of townhomes.
