Sales begin at The Arcadian town homes community in Phoenix

Dec 8, 2024, 4:00 PM

PHOENIX — A new community of upscale town home units will be opening soon in Phoenix.

The Arcadian community near Indian School Road and 32nd Street will see its units include Juliet balconies and rooftop patios.

The two-, three- and four-bedroom town homes range from 1,400 to 1,900 square feet, the company said.

In total, 40 town homes will be located at the community. Units are expected to be finished and ready for residents to move in by next summer.

“The Arcadian is conveniently located near some of the Valley’s finest restaurants and nightlife and just minutes from the Biltmore,” designated broker Jarrod Smith said in a release.

“We expect this new community to appeal to young professionals, families and those tired of renting. It’s a perfect mix of modern and urban with several unique features like the rooftop patios that have great views of Camelback Mountain!”

What does it cost to join the upscale town home rental community?

The announcement didn’t include much information about costs. However, it said the units will start “in the low 600 (thousands).”

Some of the promised amenities are 10-foot ceilings, large windows, kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and two-car garages.

We want to hear from you.
