Old Town Scottsdale’s largest condo hits market with $6.5M price tag

PHOENIX — A record-size penthouse condo starting at $6.5 million is now available for purchase in Old Town Scottsdale.

The penthouse, located near Scottsdale Road and Highland Avenue in the Optima Camelview Village, spans 5,119-square feet and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The condo is the largest one in Old Town Scottsdale, according to a Thursday news release. 

The condo has all-natural wood cabinets, doors and floors. It features a smart home system that is compatible with iPhone and Alexa that can give homeowners control over lighting, heating, cooling and entertainment, according to the release.

What other amenities does the Old Town Scottsdale condo feature?

The condo offers several amenities within the Optima Camelview Village, including an indoor pool, a basketball court, a restaurant, putting green and massage studio. It has four private patios, four parking spaces and an electric vehicle charging station.

Compass, a Valley real estate brokerage, is leading the condo’s listing and sale.

“Between its size, location and amenities, this is one of the coolest properties to hit Old Town Scottsdale in years,” Compass’ Jason Glimcher said. “A corner, top-floor residence of this size and scale isn’t something you’ll find anywhere else in the area.”
