New luxury townhome rental community open in Goodyear

Monarc on Roosevelt, a luxury townhome rental community, is open in Goodyear and ready for residents to move-in.

The gated complex is located near Estrella Parkway and Van Buren Street and features two- and three-bedroom townhomes that are designed to provide the space and privacy of a single-family home.

Each home has a two-car garage attached and features a loft, private courtyard and smart home technology.
