Chef Joey Maggiore lists his freshly refurbished Scottsdale home for $4.5M

Joey Maggiore, chef and owner of The Maggiore Group, has listed his newly refurbished Scottsdale home for $4.5 million.

PHOENIX — Joey Maggiore, chef and owner of The Maggiore Group, has listed his newly refurbished Scottsdale home for $4.5 million.

Built in 2005, the 7,120-square-foot home at 11105 E. Ironwood Drive sits on a 0.7-acre lot within the gated Rancho Sante Fe neighborhood.

Maggiore and his wife Cristina Maggiore refurbished the home after paying $3 million for it in August 2023, according to public records.

The couple enjoyed renovating the property so much, Maggiore said he convinced her they need to build another one in the area.
