A new build-to-rent community is now welcoming residents in Surpise, according to a Wednesday announcement from Mark-Taylor Residential.
The community, called Estia at Zanjero Trails, is at Perryville and Cactus roads, about 3 miles west of Loop 303.
Andre Rivas, the management director of Mark-Taylor Residential, said it’s designed for a connected and relaxed lifestyle.
“This is one of our most quiet communities in the West Valley,” Rivas said in the announcement.
Build-to-rent (BTR) communities have become a staple in high-demand cities such as Phoenix, offering an alternative for people who cannot afford homeownership but are looking for more than an apartment.
Estia at Zanjero Trails has multiple features just for dogs
The pet-friendly Estia at Zanjero Trails has a fitness center, community garden, optional carport parking, a resort-style pool and spa and a dog park.
That’s not all for pet lovers: There’s also a dog wash station and in-home doggie doors.
“Estia’s cottage-style design, paired with premium offerings, makes it an ideal place for those starting a family, transitioning into retirement or anyone in between,” Rivas said.
Rent prices start at $1,349 per month. Both one- and two-bedroom units are available. Get more information about Estia on Mark-Taylor’s website.
