Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting woman in Tempe
An Uber driver was recently arrested on charges of sexual abuse, kidnapping and more, according to the Tempe Police Department.

PHOENIX — An Uber driver was recently arrested on multiple charges, including sexual abuse, for an incident that took place in Tempe on Halloween, authorities said.
Mario Bernal-Hernandez allegedly touched a woman who ordered an Uber ride inappropriately on Oct. 31, according to the Tempe Police Department.
After the alleged assault, he tried to pay the victim money, but she got out of the car and reported the incident, police said.
Bernal-Hernandez is also facing charges of sexual assault, indecent exposure, public sexual indecency and kidnapping, police said.
