Arizona motorcycle trooper injured in vehicle pursuit, suspect at large

PHOENIX — An Arizona Department of Public Safety motorcycle trooper was injured in the pursuit of a vehicle in Goodyear, authorities said.

The trooper was exiting Interstate 10 onto Estrella Parkway when there was a collision.

The suspect vehicle is still at large.

The trooper was transported to a hospital with minor injuries, and the driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved were also transported to the hospital out of precaution, according to the Goodyear Police Department.

The Goodyear Police Department has taken over the collision and is investigating the pursuit.
