Transportation service helps Valley seniors with daily life

PHOENIX — A transportation service is helping Valley seniors get the help they need and is creating friendships in the process.

Envoy America drives seniors to places like the doctor’s office and grocery store, but the service doesn’t stop there. Drivers stick with their customers and attempt to brighten their day with companionship.

KTAR News’ Peter Samore got the opportunity to spend an afternoon with a driver and her customer, who have become close because of the service.
