MCSO seeks help from public in case of two teens found dead by gunshot wounds

PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in a case involving two teens who were found dead from gunshot wounds on Tuesday.

MCSO said the deaths of 18-year-old Pandora Kjolsrud and a 17-year-old are being treated as suspicious.

Investigators are urging the public to share any information, no matter how small, that could be relevant to this case.

“Your help could be critical in bringing answers and justice to the victims and their families,” an MCSO spokesperson said in a statement shared with KTAR News 92.3 FM on Friday.

The two teens were found in a campsite near Mount Ord in the Tonto National Forest, according to ABC15.

The location is approximately halfway between Mesa and Payson.
