PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Tuesday morning after the subject, a 22-year-old Phoenix man, returned home in good health, authorities said.

Colton Weverka was last seen on foot near Paradise Village Parkway and Cactus Road when the Silver Alert was issued Monday night.

He has a medical condition that can cause him to become confused and easily lost.

Weverka is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds, with brown hair with black eyes.

He was wearing a brown T-shirt, dark blue shorts, a gray fanny pack and flip flops when he went missing.
