Phoenix religious youth group leader accused of sex crimes involving children

PHOENIX – A religious youth group leader from Phoenix has been accused of sex crimes involving children, federal authorities announced Tuesday.

Casey Goslin, 46, was arrested Thursday on charges of attempting to produce child pornography and possession of child sexual abuse material, according to ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

He was taken into custody following a joint investigation by HSI and the Tucson Police Department.

Why was Phoenix man accused of sex crimes involving children?

The investigation uncovered evidence that Goslin was involved in a platform that livestreams child sexual abuse sessions and produces child sexual abuse material that uses victims provided by traffickers in the Philippines.

The suspect works as a youth group leader for multiple religious organizations, HSI said.

Due to the nature of the allegations and his work, authorities are asking the public for help identifying potential victims.

Anybody who knows a child who was in contact with Goslin is asked to call the ICE tip line at 866-DHS-2-ICE or submit information through ICE’s online tip form.
