On Wednesday afternoon, at 4:35 p.m., officers and fire crews responded to reports of a shooting at a home near the area of 1800 N Miller Road.
Officers found Bradford suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest near a carport area, police said.
Emergency personnel rendered Bradford medical treatment at the scene. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police gave Quinn orders to come out of the home, which he did not obey.
Officers unleashed a police K9, which bit Quinn.
He was taken into custody and taken to a hospital to be treated.
Police later learned that Quinn and Bradford had known each other for years, but there weren’t any known issues between them.
Quinn was released from the hospital and was booked into Maricopa County Jail.
