PHOENIX — The Scottsdale Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man dead and another man arrested on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the Scottsdale shooting took place around 4:40 p.m. in the area of Miller and McDowell roads.
This was an isolated incident and the surrounding community wasn’t at risk, police said.
