PHOENIX — A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold at a Safeway in Scottsdale on Monday.
The winning slip was sold at the grocery store located at 64th Street and Greenway Road.
The ticket matched four of the five numbers and the Powerball number. Monday’s winning numbers were 9, 30, 33, 57 and 61 with a Powerball number of 17.
The odds of winning a $50,000 prize are 1 in 913,129.
The estimated jackpot for the next drawing held Wednesday is a nice $69 million.

As with all Arizona Lottery games, the winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the payout.
