Police investigating homicide that left 39-year-old man dead in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Police are investigating a homicide that left a 39-year-old man dead in Phoenix on Saturday, authorities said.

Officers responded to a shooting in the area of 75th Avenue and Indian School Road around 12:15 p.m. and found the man with gunshot wounds, authorities said.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died.

No other information was made available.
