Paradise Valley home hits the market for $22.5M

PHOENIX — A Paradise Valley home sitting on 4.27 acres at the base of Camelback Mountain has hit the market with a $22.5 million price tag.

In addition to seven bedrooms and 14 full bathrooms, the property comes with a game room, exercise/sauna room, family room, media room, separate workshop and a library with built-in bookcases.

The property also has four garages, a complete guest home and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom casita, according to the listing.

Guests are welcomed to the home by a living room that has a massive limestone fireplace, while glass doors lead to a patio with another fireplace and a grand lawn.

The master bedroom on the first level of the residence is anchored by another limestone fireplace and includes two master bathrooms and two large closets.

The second level of the residence can be accessed either by a staircase or elevator and is made up of three bedrooms, all of which are part of a family/media room with a game center and a kitchen.

Built in 2010, the property was listed at the same price in April before being removed four months later. It was listed again on Oct. 30.
