PHOENIX — Outlets North Phoenix is evolving from a traditional shopping center to a facility that includes shopping, restaurants, entertainment and services.

The mall, located on I-17 and Anthem Way just 15 minutes north of the Loop 101, is welcoming six new stores and specialty services.

“The addition of the six new occupants represents a 20% growth in occupancy over last year,” said JoAnn Truax, Director of Real Estate Operations at Craig Reality. “With the phenomenal development in North Phoenix as a result of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, North Phoenix Outlets expects to continue growing and providing retail and service amenities to the greater North Phoenix market and surrounding area for decades to come.”

Now open at Outlets North Phoenix:

Red Rock Trading Post

Red Rock Trading Post is where visitors can find a wide variety of jewelry and authentic American decor. It’s a one-of-a-kind shopping experience that “celebrates both Western charm and vintage fair.” It’s now open at Outlets North Mall.

Kimes Ranch

Kimes Ranch offers fashionable, better-quality western jeans for riding and everyday looks.

The new store in Outlets North Phoenix has “ uncomplicated Western attire that is classic, great-fitting and durable” to offer. The brand’s longhorn logo is displayed everywhere from magazines to the wildly popular TV show, Yellowstone.

Betty’s & Bros

Established in 2019, Betty’s & Bros originally was an online retailer of women’s swimwear and coverups. But in the years that followed, the brand has expanded to include women’s clothing and a menswear line.

The new location in Outlets North Phoenix is the brand’s first brick-and-mortar establishment.

Here’s what’s coming to Outlets North Phoenix in 2025

Eternal Beauty Med Spa

Eternal Beauty Med Spa is scheduled to open in early 2025 and will be a top spot for “advanced aesthetics, wellness and holistic care crafted to help clients achieve the best in beauty and well-being,” according to the press release.

Services at the 3,001-square-foot facility include massage therapy, aesthetic treatments, neurotoxin injections and vitamin shots. Eternal Beauty Med Spa also offers the Japanese Head Spa, a treatment designed to enhance scalp health, encourage hair growth and provide a soothing experience for overall relaxation.

Van Marcke Plumbing Supply

With more than 20 locations throughout Arizona, Nevada and Texas, Van Marcke Plumbing Supply‘s newest store is set to open at Outlets North Phoenix in early 2025. The store will offer a range of plumbing supplies, tools and equipment at reasonable prices.

My Play Place

My Play Place will be the exclusive indoor play center for children aged 6 months to 8 years at Outlets North Phoenix, opening in 2025.

The playground will feature a ball pit with swings and slides, a soft play area for younger children, climbing structures, an arts and crafts zone, a reading nook and a private room perfect for hosting birthday parties.

“Shoppers will always be able to save up to 70% at our outlet stores; however, with the addition of service options, they can also take care of the many tasks on their to-do list without making multiple stops,” Truax added. “Plus, we are currently in discussions with several additional retailers and service providers and are optimistic about what the next 24 months will bring to the marketplace.”

We want to hear from you.
