New butcher shop officially opens its doors in Gilbert

PHOENIX — A new butcher shop, the Gilbert Butchery, opened this week in Gilbert.

The shop is located on Val Vista Drive and Warner Road.

The Gilbert Butchery offers specialty cuts of grass-fed beef, dry aged beef and much more.

The butcher shop will also have homemade sausage that changes seasonally.

Gilbert Butchery is able to fulfill special orders and game processing, according to its website.

The shop will also be selling jerky, marrow bones and all natural dog food soon.

The butcher shop will be having a grand opening celebration April 19 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Gilbert Butchery will be joined by the Windy City Tailgaters Food Truck that will be serving meat from the butcher shop.

Any purchase of $25 or more will enter guests to win baskets or gift cards.
