Phoenix man accused of murder after dispute with neighbor turns deadly

PHOENIX – A Phoenix man was arrested on Monday morning after a dispute with a neighbor turned deadly, authorities said.

Daniel Rombach Jr., 21, is behind bars after allegedly shooting 35-year-old Danielle Jean Kassandra Little, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Officers responded to a shooting call in the area of 11th Avenue and Mountain View Road just after 8 a.m. and found Little suffering from a gunshot wound.

They also located Rombach and took him into custody.

Phoenix Fire Department personnel arrived and transported Little to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.

Homicide detectives took over the investigation and learned that the neighbors were engaged in a verbal argument when Rombach allegedly shot Little, police said.

Rombach was interviewed at police headquarters and then booked into jail on one count of second-degree murder. His bond was set at $1 million.
