Naked man on bath salts arrested in Tempe

A 23-year-old naked man, who admitted to being high on bath salts, was arrested in Tempe on Sunday.

The man, identified as Sean-Paul Branscome, was running around partially clothed near the intersection of Country Club Way and Guadalupe Road, reportedly throwing himself into walls.

Police were unable to locate Branscome for a short time and established a perimeter in the area he was last seen. Shortly after, he was seen running northbound on Kenwood toward Lodge.

While en route to the scene, police were told than Branscome was spotted in a back alley wearing nothing but a trash bag for clothing.

Branscome was transported to a local hospital after his arrest for medical treatment. He was later booked on two counts of trespassing into a residential yard.
