Gilbert mixed use project announces new tenants to ‘Northside at SanTan Village’

PHOENIX — Tenants are starting to fill up the Northside at SanTan Village development, east of Santan Village Parkway between Williams Field and Ray roads in Gilbert.

Four new tenants, specializing in health, wellness and specialty food have been confirmed alongside the development’s anchor, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille.

Workshop Pilates, The NOW Massage, MilkShake Factory and Face Foundrie were the additional tenants announced by Okland Capital and Western Retail Advisors.

“This is an exciting next step for Northside at SanTan Village, where our first tenant commitments are quickly bringing our vision to life,” Okland Capital’s Garret Clifford said.

Timeline of completion for Gilbert mixed use project

Construction of the development began in July 2024 and the project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

Located just off the 202, it will total 20 acres with multiple restaurants, retailers and a hotel.

“The location and design of Northside at SanTan Village deliver exactly what today’s premier retailers and restaurants are looking for,” said Bryan Babits, a leasing broker with Western Retail Advisors.

Western Retail Advisors are the project’s exclusive brokers while Okland Capital and San Tan Development Group are the project developers.

More tenants are expected to be announced soon.
