PHOENIX — The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office has a new home.

The Recorder’s Office recording services and voter registration windows recently were relocated to the second floor of the County Administration Building, which is located at 301 W. Jefferson St. in Phoenix.

Until Nov. 18, the Recorder’s Office was located just across the street from the new location in the South Courthouse Building.

“I’m proud of the continued growth of the Recorder’s Office and grateful for all the hard work that went into making this move possible,” Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer said in a press release.

These windows are used to record documents such as deeds for a new property, medical liens and death certificates.

The new office space is shared with the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office, making it more convenient for those with property-related needs.
