Man entered Scottsdale Stadium, damaged locker room

PHOENIX – On the night of May 16, a man broke into Scottsdale Stadium, threw some baseballs, and then damaged locker rooms with a fire extinguisher.

He is accused of causing about $3,000 in damage.

The Scottsdale Police Department is looking for help finding the suspect.

The man entered the fenced-off field around 7:30 p.m., where he threw baseballs and stood on a dugout, according to the police department.

He is accused of then breaking three windows on the east side of the stadium to get into a clubhouse, where he entered a locker room and damaged it.

Scottsdale Stadium, which is near Indian School and Scottsdale roads, has been the spring training home of the San Francisco Giants since 1992.

The police department is asking the public for help finding the man. The suspect was described as a white man in his mid-20s with a medium build, blond hair and facial hair.
