PHOENIX — Gilbert residents will have a new place to eat in the near future, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

Sam Fox, the man who runs Fox Restaurant Concepts, has announced he will be opening Culinary Dropout in the Heritage District of downtown Gilbert.

The 25,000 square-foot space is now vacant and will be the seventh location of a Culinary Dropout.

The restaurant will be the only spot in the space, taking up both floors. The first floor will be home to a full dining room, outdoor patio seating, a bar and two gaming areas. The second floor will have “The Coop,” a 150-person event space.
