Valley man arrested for allegedly killing wife in domestic violence homicide

PHOENIX — A West Valley man was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of killing his wife in a domestic violence homicide, authorities said.

Brandon Gregory, 56, was booked into jail on multiple counts, including second-degree murder and tampering with evidence, according to Surprise Police Department.

He was living with the victim, 41-year-old Alison Gregory, but they reportedly were going through a difficult divorce, police said.

Alison Gregory was reported missing after failing to pick up a family member at the airport.

When officers arrived at the couple’s home in Surprise, they found signs of a physical struggle.

Investigators located Alison Gregory’s vehicle off of Route 93 between Wikieup and Nothing in Mohave County.

Brandon Gregory was inside the vehicle along with his wife’s body.

After he was arrested and read his rights, he allegedly admitted to killing Alison Gregory at their home.

Brandon was then booked into Maricopa County jail on the following charges:

• Second-degree murder
• Manslaughter
• Tampering with physical evidence
• Concealment of a dead body
