Clarivate Analytics leases Chandler Viridian space for 150 employees

PHOENIX – A global analytics company has signed on for office space to accommodate 150 new jobs in Chandler.

Clarivate Analytics is leasing out 30,000 square foot at the Chandler Viridian mixed-used development south of the Chandler Fashion Center, the city announced last week.

Chandler will be home to one of the company’s three new Centers of Excellence, joining London and Malaysia.

“We were looking for locations that allow us access to a wide talent pool, coupled with affordable living, flexible language skills and easy travel,” Jerre Stead, Clarivate Analytics executive chairman and CEO said in a press release.

“Chandler is an ideal location for our US-based Center of Excellence, and we look forward to starting to recruit local professionals.”

Clarivate Analytics has about 4,300 employees in more than 40 countries and has headquarters in Philadelphia and London.

The company “provides trusted insights and analytics to accelerate the pace of innovation” by delivering “critical data, information, workflow solutions and deep domain expertise to innovators everywhere,” according to its website.

“We continue to see that our educated workforce, award-winning schools, and high quality of life are winning factors that are putting Chandler on the short list for projects like this,” said in the release.

Chandler Viridian is located northwest of intersection of the Loop 101 Price Freeway and the Loop 202 Santan Freeway.
