Bruno Mars adds 2nd State Farm Stadium show to 1st tour since 2017

PHOENIX – In the Valley’s first major concert news of the new year, Bruno Mars announced he is coming to town on his first full headline tour since 2017.
The dynamic entertainer will bring “Uptown Funk” and his other hits to State Farm Stadium in Glendale on April 14 and 15 as part of “The Romantic Tour.”
In response to a high demand for tickets during Wednesday’s presale, Mars added 31 dates to the tour, including the second night in Glendale.
Anderson .Paak as DJ Pee .Wee and Leon Thomas will open both shows.
How to get tickets to see Bruno Mars in Arizona
Tickets for both nights go on sale to the general public through Seat Geek at noon Thursday (Jan. 15).
The 2026 tour, which now has nearly 70 concerts spread across seven months, will support Mars’ upcoming album “The Romantic,” which comes out Feb. 27. It will be his first solo release since 2016’s “24K Magic.”
The tour kicks off April 10 in Las Vegas, jumps the pond to Europe in June and returns to North America in August. The final show is set for Oct. 14 in Vancouver.
Mars has been nominated for 36 Grammy Awards, winning 16 times. He has nine No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart to his credit, including “Leave the Door Open” as part of Silk Sonic, his soulful side project with .Paak.
When in the last time Bruno Mars played in the Phoenix area?
He hasn’t performed in Arizona since the “24K Magic World Tour” stopped at the downtown Phoenix venue now known as Mortgage Matchup Center in November 2017.
State Farm Stadium has two other shows scheduled for 2026 so far, Ed Sheeran on June 13 and Zach Bryan on Sept. 5.
