PHOENIX — Bird flu was recently detected at a poultry farm in Maricopa County, officials announced Monday.

The risk to the public remains low, according to the Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA). People that were in close contact with the birds are the most at risk.

Eggs at risk of bird flu have not entered the food supply and there have been no signs of human illness, according to the AZDA. The farm was placed under quarantine. Sanitation efforts are being made to eliminate the spread of bird flu.

Poor birds, not surprised the way they are housed and the bad conditions they must endure.. wonder if they are related to the chickens who ate our ballots and then set on fire

More fearmongering.
Zero risk to 99.999999999999999% of people. I may have exaggerated slightly, but you get the point.
I saw they ran a four month old story on a single positive result in dairy milk. While they may think running this will cause fear but all it shows is no more positive test, not one. Big nothing burger.
