Suspect outstanding in Avondale shooting that left 1 teenager dead

PHOENIX — Police are looking for a suspect in an Avondale shooting on Sunday night that left a teenager dead, authorities said.
Around 8:16 p.m., police responded to a shooting near 108th Avenue and Flanagan Street, according to the Avondale Police Department.
Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year-old boy with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other details were made available.

Most unfortunate.
ONLY a progressive platform such as ktar would refer to a murder suspect as "outstanding."
I can think of many descriptions, but NONE would be "outstanding."
