A school aide at an Avondale school was arrested last week on allegations of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old, authorities said.

PHOENIX — A school aide at an Avondale school was arrested last week on allegations of having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old, according to authorities.
Detectives with the Avondale Police Department’s Special Victims Unit arrested 22-year-old Jessenia Rodriguez. Police said the victim’s stepmother reported finding inappropriate messages between Rodriguez and the victim.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said Rodriguez was indicted on six counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation.
She is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
She worked at Sun Valley Academy near McDowell Road and Avondale Boulevard, police said.
Police said an investigation into a potential pregnancy is ongoing.
No other students are believed to have been involved, police said.
