88 luxury condos with private elevators coming to Scottsdale

PHOENIX — A Chicago-based developer is bringing a second luxury condominium project to a new master-planned community in north Scottsdale.

Atavia, a Belgravia Group project, will bring 88 more condominiums to the 120-acre One Scottsdale development near Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road.

When it’s completed, One Scottsdale will include around 2.8 million square feet of retail, dining, residential, hotel and office projects.

The private, gated Atavia community will offer single-family units with private entries and attached two-car garages.

The homes will have 10-foot ceilings, private elevators, rooftop decks as big as 570 square feet, Italian cabinetry and high-tech appliances, according to developers.

Atavia will also offer a clubhouse inspired by Taliesin West, an iconic Scottsdale residence designed by the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

There are multiple floor plans, with two-, three- and four-bedroom options. Prices start in the $800K range and reach up to $1.7 million.

Luxury condominium project expected to sell out quickly

Belgravia Group is also behind Portico, another Scottsdale housing project. It sold out months ahead of schedule.

Atavia’s broker, Cambridge Properties, hopes buyers will flock to Atavia with an equal amount of enthusiasm.

Keith Mishkin, the president of Cambridge Properties, said he expects buyers to snap up the 88 units.

“Atavia is the type of development we tend to see sell out quickly,” Mishkin said in a news release. “On top of high demand for properties of this type, Atavia’s standout features truly make it a product that will move fast.”
