PHOENIX — Though no one in Arizona won Wednesday night’s $758.7 million Powerball jackpot, there were still some winners in the state.

According to data from the Arizona Lottery, six tickets worth $50,000 each were sold for Wednesday’s pick.

The winning tickets matched four numbers and the Powerball.

The numbers were 06, 07, 16, 23 and 26. The Powerball was 4.

The jackpot-winning ticket was sold in Massachusetts, along with two other tickets worth $1 million each.

The $758.7 million jackpot was second only to a $1.6 billion prize shared by three people in January 2016.

The jackpot is doled out in 30 payments over 29 years, increasing 5 percent annually.

Nearly all winners favor the cash option, which, for Wednesday’s draw, was $480.5 million. The advantage of taking cash is that people can invest the money with hopes of a greater return than the guaranteed payments they would receive through the annuity.

The downside is they’ll pay a little more in taxes and won’t have the certainty of giant annual paychecks for decades.
