Arizona Snowbowl reopening for 2 bonus days thanks to new snow after closing weekend

PHOENIX – Arizona Snowbowl just completed its winter season, but the Flagstaff ski resort is back for an encore.

After receiving 6 inches of snow overnight, Arizona Snowbowl is reopening for skiing and snowboarding from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Arizona Gondola will be open during the bonus days. It is the longest of the eight Arizona Snowbowl lifts and provides access to seven of the mountain’s 61 trails.

As of Tuesday morning, the resort had received 150 inches of snowfall this season. The current base depth is 22 inches.

Lift tickets can be purchased at the resort’s website. Season passes for the next winter season are also available.

The bonus days were announced Sunday evening, after the conclusion of closing weekend operations.

The season started on Nov. 20, 2025, a day ahead of schedule, after a storm dropped 37 inches on the mountain in just five days.
