PHOENIX — One Arizona Powerball player became $50,000 richer on Wednesday after buying a winning ticket in San Tan Valley, according to lottery officials.
The lucky Powerball ticket was sold at Gantzel Farms Country Store, near Ocotillo and Gantzel roads.
The winning numbers drawn on Wednesday were 15, 44, 63, 66 and 69, with a Powerball number of 20.
The odds of winning a $50,000 prize are 1 in 913,129.
What’s the estimated jackpot for the upcoming Arizona Lottery Powerball drawing?
The estimated jackpot for the next Powerball drawing on Saturday is a cool $168 million.
The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the prize.
A Powerball ticket sold at a Walmart in Glendale back in January also cashed in at $50,000.
Additionally, a Triple Twist lottery player won $1.6 million in Scottsdale this past Easter weekend.
