3-year-old injured from random gun fire in Phoenix

A 3-year-old was injured from what was determined to be random gun fire late Tuesday night in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

PHOENIX — A 3-year-old was injured from what was determined to be random gun fire late Tuesday night in the area of 3100 W. Pierce Street in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Police say the child’s injuries are non life threatening.

Officers are attempting to locate suspects.

No other injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing and no other details were immediately available.
