PHOENIX – An Arizona man was sentenced to 105 years in prison recently for sexually exploiting young children, authorities announced Monday.
Kurt Aaron Colin, 49, of Chino Valley was sentenced May 6 after a jury found him guilty on seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in March, according to the Yavapai County Attorney’s Office.
“I hope the lengthy prison sentence that was imposed in this case deters anyone else from victimizing young children,” Yavapai County Attorney Dennis McGrane said in a press release.
Why was Arizona man sentenced to 105 years in prison?
The probe that led to Colin’s prosecution was started in February 2024 after a Homeland Security Investigations agent detected child sexual abuse material being downloaded in Chino Valley.
Federal and local investigators served a search warrant at Colin’s home and found a large quantity of sexually explicit images of children, including kids who appeared to be younger than 6 years old, according to prosecutors.
“Although Mr. Colin will now spend the rest of his life in a prison of his own making, many of the young victims of these crimes also face a lifetime of dealing with the horrors they were subjected to,” McGrane said.

105 years is the same as the death penalty why not kill him now and save money?
I doubt you know much about Yavapai Co. Enlighten me.
Not in the school and not based on his anti Trump posts. Another flaming deviant leftist freak just like you.
