PHOENIX — Sparrow at the Trailhead, a new restaurant by Valley-based Sky Restaurant Concepts, announced it will open on Sept. 20 in Peoria.
The menu has a variety of options, including five different salads, oysters served raw or grilled and entrees like Short Rib Ragu Tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, Seafood Hot Pot for Two, Filet Mignon and seasonal fish.
“We’re thrilled to finally open our doors and share what we’ve been passionately creating for the Valley to enjoy,” said Emily Ganem, co-owner and creative director of Sky Restaurant Concepts. “This is a place for the community to gather, savor exceptional flavors, and experience the energy and hospitality that Peoria deserves. Sparrow is eager to make every visit memorable.”
Sparrow will also feature an elite cocktail menu designed by Libby Lingua and Mitch Lyons, who designed the Highball Cocktail Bar in Phoenix.
What is the Trailhead?
The 4,300-square-foot layout of Sparrow will help fill the 40-acre mixed-use development at the Trailhead in the Happy Valley Corridor near 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
The Pederson Group broke ground on the project in March 2024.
Safeway grocery store, V’s Barbershop, Crust Simply Italian, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Robeks Fresh Juices are also confirmed tenants at the Trailhead.
Bike and dog-walking paths will also be installed throughout the property.
