Lululemon is set to open soon at the $2 billion PV development in Phoenix, and others tenants are expected to join it in the coming months.

The mixed-use RED Development project is located near Paradise Village Parkway and Tatum Boulevard and spans more than 100 acres. It features a variety of occupants, including dining, entertainment, retail, residential and wellness.

Lululemon, a company known for its technical athletic apparel, footwear and accessories, is opening a 4,852-square-foot store on July 24 next to The Vig at PV.

During the last week of August, modern American Grill Harry & Izzy’s will be opening a 8,300-square-foot restaurant, its first in the Grand Canyon State, in the northeast corner near PV’s park block. The Indianapolis-based eatery is known for providing customers with a modern yet approachable twist on the classic steakhouse.

Additionally, RED Development announced Ander Market would be opening a new location in October. The lessee is a women’s lifestyle boutique that is locally owned and sells a variety of apparel and accessories.

In August, PV will also be bringing back the Sunset Sweat series to its park on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Those interested in attending do need to RSVP, bring a yoga mat and check-in for the events at 6 p.m.

Here is a schedule of the different studios hosting the community events:

  • Aug. 5: CorePower Yoga
  • Aug. 12: Life Time Paradise Valley
  • Aug. 19: Reformed Pilates
  • Aug. 26: The Foundry

Attendees can park in the garage near Life Time.

CLARIFICATION: An earlier version of this story said Lululemon would open July 17, but the opening was later pushed back to July 24.
