Lifestyle and accessories brand Kendra Scott opening store at Glendale mall

PHOENIX — West Valley shoppers can expect to see a touch more fashion in their vicinity with lifestyle store Kendra Scott set to open next week.

The store will offer an array of jewelry, eyewear and watches at Arrowhead Towne Center, which is located at Bell Road and 75th Avenue in Glendale.

Past the Sept. 26 opening date, the grand opening celebration will take place the following weekend Oct. 3-5 with giveaways and company giveback events.

The celebratory weekend begins with a store preview on Friday, Oct. 3 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Guests will be treated to complimentary drinks, live music and the chance to get a free Kendra Scott hat and tote bag with purchases of $100 or more.

Giveaways continue on Saturday, Oct. 4 with the first 100 in line receiving a special gift with the purchase of a Framed Ari Heart Pendant Necklace. Free coffee from Phoenix’s Brew Avenue will be offered with this limited time deal from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

As for givebacks, on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. the new Kendra Scott store will be donating 20% of its sales to the Sandra Day O’Connor High School Spirit Line when guests mention the group at checkout, and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. the store will be doing the same for Sunrise Mountain High School’s cheer team.

To finish on Sunday, the store from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will send 20% of its proceeds to the pom squad at Mountain Ridge High School and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. it will be donating 20% of purchases to nonprofit RaeRae of Light, which helps families of children dealing with congenital heart defects.

Kendra Scott will be on the first level of retail stores at Arrowhead and will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays.

Glendale’s Kendra Scott will be the fourth in Arizona, joining stores at Chandler Fashion Center, Scottsdale Quarter and La Encantada in Tucson.
