CrossFit Scottsdale paying kids for Halloween candy

CrossFit Scottsdale wants to encourage local families to keep kids healthy this Halloween by paying $1 per pound of candy brought in to them.

CrossFit Scottsdale will be collecting Halloween candy until Saturday.

The boot camp-like fitness center suggest giving trick-or-treaters alternatives such as stickers, toys, bubbles or coloring books instead of candy.

CrossFit Scottsdale is located at 14885 N. 83rd Place #102 in Scottsdale.
