The restriction is for bridge construction, part of ADOT’s $129 million I-17/Loop 303 interchange improvement project that started in February.
ADOT encourages drivers to exit I-17 at the Dove Valley Road off-ramp and travel west on the road to southbound 43rd Avenue to reach westbound Loop 303 past the lane restriction.
Westbound Loop 303 will be narrowed to one lane between the I-17 interchange and 43rd Avenue from 5 a.m. Wednesday (Sept. 9) through October for I-17/Loop 303 interchange improvement project.
