Hazardous materials crews were called to a Scottsdale convenience store Monday morning after a vehicle crashed into the building and leaked fuel.
The Scottsdale Fire Department said the response began around 8:20 a.m. at the 7-Eleven near McDowell and Granite Reef roads, east of Hayden Road and west of Loop 101.
Crews assessed the scene and determined the fuel leak was coming from the vehicle involved in the crash. No injuries were reported.
Hazardous materials units were initially dispatched as a precaution but were later recalled after crews at the scene determined they could safely handle the spill.
Investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash.
