Loop 101 westbound lanes reopen after crash caused shutdown in Phoenix

The westbound lanes of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway reopened at 27th Avenue in Phoenix after a Monday morning closure.

PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of the Loop 101 Agua Fria Freeway reopened after a closure at 27th Avenue in Phoenix on Monday morning, authorities said.

Around 11:30 a.m., the Arizona Department of Transportation said a crash caused the closure.

ADOT announced the lanes reopened around noon.
