One man is dead and another man was arrested after a shooting in Phoenix Friday morning.

PHOENIX — One man is dead and another man was arrested after a shooting in Phoenix Friday morning, authorities said.
Just after 8 a.m., officers responded to a restaurant near 27th Avenue and Indian School Road, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Upon arrival, officers found 35-year-old Oscar Humberto Banuelos, who had been shot at least once. He died at the scene.
Homicide detectives took over the investigation and identified Juan Jaimie Gomez Aguirre, 22, as a suspect in the shooting.
Police said investigators are not looking for any additional suspects.
No other information was made available in the ongoing investigation.
