Construction starts on moving company headquarters in north Phoenix
Two Valley moving companies, Muscular Moving Men & Storage and M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics, broke ground on their joint headquarters in north Phoenix earlier this month.
Muscular Moving Men & Storage is a residential moving company that started from a Craigslist ad and has been serving metro Phoenix since 2008.
Muscular Moving Men CEO Josh Jurhill started M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics with President Justin Hodge in 2019. They brought on Jim Stevens to lead M3 as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner.
1 dead, 2 hospitalized after rollover crash on US 60 in Mesa
A person is dead and two more people are in the hospital after a rollover crash on the US 60 in Mesa on Friday morning, authorities said.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred on eastbound US 60 between Signal Butte and Meridian roads around 5:11 a.m.
DPS said that a 1999 maroon Chevrolet SUV rolled off the roadway for an unknown reason.
New projects to expect on metro Phoenix freeways in 2026
Several projects on metro Phoenix highways are expected to see work get underway in 2026, authorities said.
Seven Phoenix-area highways are scheduled for widening and other improvements, with work starting as early as January 2026, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

Man dies after car falls onto him in Goodyear
A man is dead after his car fell onto him in Goodyear on Sunday morning.
Police conducted a welfare check near Yuma Road and Cotton Lane just before 5 a.m., according to the Goodyear Police Department.
After arriving, officers found a man trapped underneath his vehicle and pronounced him dead at the scene.
6 Arizona Lottery tickets win at least $20K, including $205,000 Fantasy 5 Jackpot winner
Six Arizona Lottery tickets, including a $205,000 Fantasy 5 Jackpot winner, won at least $20,000 apiece in this week’s drawings.
The winning Fantasy 5 ticket in Tuesday’s drawing was sold at a Basha’s near Riggs and Alma School roads in Sun Lakes, according to the Arizona Lottery.
