Two people were seriously injured Monday morning in a motorcycle-pedestrian collision in north Phoenix.

PHOENIX – Two people were seriously injured Monday morning in a motorcycle-pedestrian collision in north Phoenix, authorities said.

A woman was riding a motorcycle when it struck a man near Second Street and Dunlap Avenue around 10:15 a.m., according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Both patients were taken to a hospital in critical condition and required surgery, police said.

No other details were made available.
