Buckeye Commons West touts lease deals with In-N-Out Burger, 4 other ‘coveted tenants’

BUCKEYE — New In-N-Out Burger and Super Star Car Wash locations are among the businesses expected to open at Buckeye Commons West in 2026.

Sunbelt Investment Holding Inc. (SIHI) is leading the development at Commons West near Interstate 10 and Verrado Way and announced lease agreements with those brands, as well as oil-change company Valvoline and restaurants Raising Cane’s and Oregano’s.

“We are incredibly excited about the swift progress at Buckeye Commons West and the caliber of tenants it continues to attract,” David Dawson, SIHI assistant vice president of asset management, said in a press release. “The strong interest from leading national brands for these high-quality pads underscores the immense demand and strategic importance of this location.”

Buckeye Commons West is directly across the street from the established Buckeye Commons, which announced in July that locations for Home Depot, Barnes & Noble and other businesses would also be opening next year.

“It is a thrill to announce the addition of five best-in-class users to the project,” Colliers International listing broker Brian Woods said in the release. “These are highly coveted tenants that the residents of Buckeye and the greater southwest Valley will surely enjoy frequenting for many years to come!”

On the other side of the Valley, SIHI is involved in a 270,000 square-foot business center in Mesa, which began construction in February and is also set to open in 2026.

SIHI has developed 23 shopping centers across Arizona and California.
